FRAGNEST sells perfumes, attars, and fragrance-related products online.
Orders are accepted subject to availability and acceptance by FRAGNEST.

2. Orders and Payment
All orders require full payment via accepted online payment methods (Credit/Debit Cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other online gateways).
Prices are listed in PKR unless specified otherwise.
FRAGNEST is not responsible for errors in pricing or product descriptions, though we make every effort to provide accurate information.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Local Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2–6 working days depending on your location.
International Delivery: Shipping charges range from PKR 2,500–3,500 depending on country. Delivery times 7–21 working days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier, customs, or external factors are not FRAGNEST’s responsibility.
4. Returns and Refunds
FRAGNEST values customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
Returned products must be in original condition with original packaging / slip.
Refunds can be issued via cash, card, or replacement product, as per customer choice.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. User Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information.
Any misuse of the website, fraudulent activities, or violation of these terms may result in order cancellation or legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on FRAGNEST website, including logos, images, product descriptions, and brand name, is owned by FRAGNEST.

FRAGNEST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
